Mrs. Evans is a member of our Precertification Office and is responsible for obtaining precertifications and benefit information on all physical therapy requests.  She also supports all other functions of the Precertification Office to include special tests and surgery.  Since 1979, Mrs. Evans has worked in the medical field in various capacities such as an EMT, medical assistant, nurses aid, office manager and precertification specialist.

Mrs. Lay has been with us for several years and supports the Physical Therapy Department.  Her responsibilities include clerical tasks, transporting patients, assembling and disassembling equipment in treatment rooms.  Mrs. Lay's 17 years work experience includes working in a child day care, working as an Occupational Therapy Technician, and Rehabilitation Technician.

Mrs. Godbee has been a member of our staff for the past 21 years.  She is responsible for seeing that each patient goes through the registration process as smoothly as possible.  She manages the overall check-in and registration process.  Mrs. Godbee's past work experience includes working as a unit clerk in an intensive care unit for many years and as an Administrative Assistant for 4 years.  She also obtained a certificate for a Customer Service Specialist and is a Certified Medical Assistant.
