Mrs. Kinney is responsible for the start-up, organization, planning and supervision and overall operations of an Orthopaedic/Sports Medicine Physician Practice Group. The practice involves the professional services of Board Certified Physicians in Orthopaedics, Family Medicine and Sports Medicine as well as radiology technologist, nurses, physical therapists, and athletic trainers.

Administrative Assistant - Clinical Activities

Ms. Bates supports the clinical needs of the practice from the administrative perspective. Some examples of her duties include managing the physician scheduling profiles, maintaining patient files who file under Worker's Compensation, and assisting patients with requests for special documentation. Ms. Bates obtained a diploma in Business Office Technology and has over 15 years experience in the health care field ranging from transcription services to surgical precertification to providing assistance to department heads.

Administrative Assist - Administrative Activities

Mrs. Leida assists our Administrator with varying projects and comes to Sports Medicine Associates with over 35 years of administrative/personnel experience.  Some of her responsibilities include accounts payable, payroll and human resource issues.  Mrs. Leida also manages the credentialling process for our physicians and professional staff with area hospitals and insurance companies.
